Dominion Voting Systems Threatens To Sue MyPillow C.E.O.,Mike Lindell

Dominion Voting Systems is prepared to battle Mike Lindell, the C.E.O. of MyPillow. The company’s legal team has sent Lindell a firm warning. In a letter dated December 23, attorneys for Dominion asserted that Lindell has “participated in the vast and concerted misinformation campaign to slander Dominion.” The letter warned of pending litigation over his unsupported claims of widespread voting fraud involving their machines.

“You have positioned yourself as a prominent leader of the ongoing misinformation campaign. Litigation regarding these issues is imminent,” the letter stated.

Dominion plans to take action against all false claims. The company recently sent litigation letters to Sidney Powell, Rudolph W. Giuliani, and several others. After receiving the letter, Lindell attempted to consult Trump, Robert C. O’Brien, and Pat A. Cipollone on Friday. According to Lindell, the potential lawsuit does not scare him.

“I would welcome them to sue me because I have all the evidence against them. Dominion sent this letter a couple of weeks ago. They’re lying, and they’re nervous because I have all the evidence on them.” Lindell said.
